• Regular Updates and Distribution to all parties involved

• Development of Personalized Ceremony: readings, vows, music ideas that exemplify couple

• Develop and implement Décor (work with florists, etc. to develop cohesive look and feel)

• Consult on Reception Customs to include: bouquet toss, first dances, toasts, etc.

• Assist with Seating charts - table numbers, place cards, seating diagrams

• Manage Hotel Room blocks for out-of-town guests

• Create custom Gift Baskets

• Coordinate Transportation to ceremony and/or reception

• Provide any Vendor Referrals as needed

• Arrange Rehearsal time

• Direct Rehearsal

• Coordinate Rental Item and Vendor Deliveries

• Direct Ceremony (attendants, family members, musicians, officiate)

• Delegate gift Removal and Clean-up of personal items such as guest book, bouquets, etc.
